How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to customercare@dtaniqueahmedabad.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your full name
• The phone number and email address associated with your account
• A brief description of what you want deleted (all data, or specific records)

What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity to prevent fraudulent deletion requests.
• We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
• We will complete the deletion or provide a status update within 30 days.
• If we cannot fully delete data due to legal retention obligations, we will explain why and anonymise what we can.

Data We May Retain

Even after a deletion request, we may be required to retain certain records for legal, regulatory, or insurance purposes:

• Invoices and financial records (as required by Indian tax law, typically 7 years)
• Anonymised treatment outcome data used for clinical quality improvement
• Records related to ongoing disputes or legal proceedings

Meta / Facebook Connected Data

If you have interacted with us via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads, you can also request deletion through Meta's own data deletion mechanisms. We do not store Meta login credentials, but lead form data you submitted may be in our CRM. Include "Meta lead data" in your request if you want that specifically removed.
